At Badger Gymnastics, we pride ourselves on being current with todays technology. Our online registration makes it very easy for you to register when it is convenient for you. Simply click on the “Register” link of the class of your choice, thoroughly fill out the webform, enter required payment information and submit the registration. Please note that upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to make changes to your registration, you must do so BEFORE the session begins.
We would like to make registering your child as easy as possible for you. Just pick the age group your child belongs in and we will do the rest. If you have questions after reviewing the information on the class pages, don’t hesitate to call the office.
If a class is full the waitlist link will pop up on the class list page. By registering your child on a wait list it allows our staff to know your interest in being in that class. We will contact you if a spot becomes available. It is possible that a spot may open up partially though the session. If that is the case, we would prorate your fee.
Disclaimer: After the session begins and class dynamics are set, we will insert the student that best fits the already established dynamics of the group.
Yes! If we have spots available you are more than welcome to register online for a class. We will prorate your fee for you upon receiving the registration. Please note that we DO NOT PRORATE for missed classes.
We ensure our class sizes are small enough so that all children get the amount of one-on-one time that they need. For our Tumbleweeds classes, we maintain a 5:1 student/teacher ratio; for General Class ages 6-8 the ratio is 6:1, and in our 9 and older age group the ratio is 7:1. We know that by maintaining these ratios, all our gymnasts will enjoy their class to the fullest and learn a lot, also!
Children are welcome to wear any comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely. Students should not wear jewelry, watches, hooded shirts, and clothing with zippers or buttons. All long hair must be tied back.
Each student is allowed 1 makeup class per session. Makeup classes are possible in classes that do not meet our student/teacher ratio. Please keep in mind, however, that we will not sacrifice our student/teacher ratios. Due to limited class availability there are no makeup options for Tumbling Only, Junior High Workshop, Senior High Workshop, and Adult Classes. Call the office to inquire about makeup class. If we are unable to schedule a makeup class, we can offer you an open gym pass.
In case of tornados or severe thunderstorms, your child will seek shelter in the safest part of our gyms per location. During snowstorms that make driving conditions difficult, we will cancel classes via email, facebook, twitter, voicemail and our webstite. If you feel it is not safe to venture out, we would be happy to compensate you with an open gym pass. Since we can not control the weather, Badger Gymnastics will NOT schedule make up lessons for inclement weather. Please keep in mind that cancellations may vary between our 3 locations.
Note: Badger Gymnastics will not necessarily follow the public school cancellation policies!
