Badger's USAG Competitive Teams

At Badger, our philosophy differs slightly from most other clubs. As opposed to setting a team goal
and pushing each athlete to work accordingly, we allow each gymnast to set and pursue their own
goals and gymnastic ambitions.
In line with this philosophy is our focus. It is not, as it often the case in sports, to win but
instead the focus is only to help our athletes accomplish their personal goal of improvement.
As opposed to having one winner with the majority feeling defeated, our approach allows all members
of our team to successfully accomplish their chosen goals and targets.
